Any items that arrived damaged will be replaced at no charge. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and shipping documents and return the damaged image to us. A replacement will be shipped immediately. Please note: if we have not received the damaged article within 10 days, you will be charged for the replacement item.
All products are inspected before shipping to insure that print colors are rendered accurately. We make every effort to insure that images are perfect before shipping prints to you. However, if you receive an items with an obvious defects it will of course be replaced at no cost. For this reason, we strongly urge all customers to make sure that the colors rendered by their computer monitors are accurate. We calibrate our our systems carefully and check all finished products against the source documents to make sure that the final product matches the source image or approved proof.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note, that we can not be responsible for color or quality issues resulting from differences in computer monitor color calibration, or damaged source documents.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
SHIPPING POLICY - PRINTS
Images are shipped with white mats in boxes. These provide the best protection against damage during the shipping processing. We are happy to be able to provide free shipping for all of your orders within the United States and low-cost, flat-rate shipping internationally. Please call for details on international shipping rates.
SHIPPING POLICY - TILES
Tiles are boxed and shipped in protective packaging to prevent breakage in transit. Shipping costs are assessed for the actual cost of shipping the tiles to you. All tile shipments are insured against loss or damage.
REPLACEMENT POLICY - TILES
Because we realize things can happen during installation, we will provide a limited number of replacement tiles for tile murals. The precise number will be specified in the contract. If a tile breaks during installation within 60-days of receipt, contact us for details on how to obtain a replacement. If a tile breaks in transit, it will be replaced at no charge.
